Dr. David B. Bridgwood has been restoring balance and natural health with Conservative Chiropractic Care for over 25 years. With a loyal clientele roster spanning in age from Children to senior citizens, Dr. Bridgwood provides care for the whole family. His standard of excellence and integrity addresses a host of ailments including spine issues ranging from back, neck, shoulder pain, subluxations, chronic headaches, pre-natal chiropractic and much more. Dr. Bridgwood received his Bachelors of Science from SUNY Stony Brook in 1985 and his Doctor of Chiropractic from the New York Chiropractic College in 1989.
In 1990, he became a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician. Dr. Bridgwood constantly attends continuing education courses and stays abreast of current chiropractic breakthroughs.
Dr. Bridgwood is a proud member of the Winthrop Hospital Chiropractic Collaborative. He is a Long Island Spinal Care Affiliate, and a participating Chiropractor for Northwell Hospital Employee Program.

Corrective Adjustments
Adjustments, or manipulation as they're sometimes referred to, are the minor movement of vertebrae in the spine to ease pressure.
Electric Muscle Stim
Electrotherapy uses electricity to reduce pain, improve circulation, repair tissues, strengthen muscles, and assists in adjustments.
Heat & Ice Therapy
Ice is used to numb the troubled areas, and reduce swelling, while heat is used to increase blood flow for range of motion.
Chiropractic Massage
Specific areas of stress, and tension are eased to help the adjustment process to be performed smoothly without tightness or pain.
Ultrasound Therapy
Uses sound waves to deliver deep heat to the treated tissues in conjunction with chiropractic manipulation.
Theraputic Exercises
Body kinesthetic practices, and movements based on each unique individual to assist in proper posture.
